DESCRIPTION

The skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) is connected to the combination meter assembly via CAN communication.
The combination meter assembly has a built-in buzzer.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
When replacing the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly), perform calibration (LandCruiser RM000000XHR0BKX.html).
1.CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION LINE

  1. Check if CAN communication system DTCs are output (for LHD without Entry and Start System: LandCruiser RM000000WIB0EDX.html, for LHD with Entry and Start System: LandCruiser RM000000WIB0ECX.html).

2.READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (BUZZER)

  1. Turn the engine switch off.

  1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

  1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

  1. Turn the intelligent tester on.

  1. Enter the following menus: Chassis / ABS/VSC/TRAC / Data List.
