Install the intercooler with the 4 bolts.

Remove the 11 clips and intake duct seal.

Install the 2 stud bolts (turbo oil outlet pipe side).

Remove the No. 1 engine cover.

Check for leaks or clogging between the cylinder head and turbocharger inlet, and also between the turbocharger outlet and exhaust pipe.

Do not stop the engine immediately after pulling a trailer, driving at a high speed, or uphill drive. Let the engine idle for 20 to 120 seconds before turning the ignition switch OFF (Depending on the driving condition, the idling time varies).

Install the vacuum regulating valve assembly with the 2 bolts.
