Brake Actuator (W/ Vsc) Removal

Remove the 3 bolts and radiator reserve tank sub-assembly.

Remove the bolt and disconnect the motor connectors.

Separate the washer hoses from the windshield washer jar assembly.

Remove the 2 bolts, clamp and windshield washer jar assembly from the body.

Release the lock lever and disconnect the brake actuator connector.

NOTICE:

Be careful not to allow brake fluid to enter the removed connector.

Remove the bolt.

Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), disconnect the 6 brake lines from the actuator assembly.

Use tags or make a memo to identify the places to reconnect.

HINT:

1. *1: To front wheel cylinder RH
   
2. *2: To front wheel cylinder LH
   
3. *3: To rear wheel cylinder RH
   
4. *4: To rear wheel cylinder LH
   
5. *5: From 1st master cylinder chamber
   
6. *6: From 2nd master cylinder chamber
   

Remove the 2 bolts, nut and the brake actuator with bracket from the body.

NOTICE:

1. Do not damage the brake lines or wire harness.
   
2. Do not carry the brake actuator assembly by the connector.
   

Remove the 3 bolts and brake actuator from the brake actuator bracket assembly.
