Front Bumper -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR |
Remove the 2 radiator grille protectors.

| 2. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for 2AZ-FE) |
Remove the 4 screws, 4 clips and No. 4 engine under cover.
 |
| 3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for 2AZ-FE) |
Using a screwdriver, turn the pin 90 degrees and remove the pin hold clip.
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

Remove the 2 screws, 2 bolts and 7 clips.
Disengage the 6 claws and remove the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.

Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.
| 4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for 2ZR-FE) |
Using a screwdriver, turn the pin 90 degrees and remove the pin hold clip.
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.
