- With IG1 terminal voltage 9.5 V or more, sensor power supply voltage decreases for 0.5 seconds or more.

Repair or replace the harness or connector.
Check for any momentary interruptions between the skid control ECU and rear speed sensor (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000XHS04PX.html).
Check that there are no momentary interruptions.
Turn the ignition switch off.
Clear the DTCs (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000ONJ026X.html).
Start the engine.
Drive the vehicle at a speed of 20 km/h (12 mph) or more for at least 60 seconds.
Check if the same DTC is recorded (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000ONJ026X.html).

7.CHECK REAR SKID CONTROL SENSOR INSTALLATION |
Turn the ignition switch off.
Check the skid control sensor installation.
- OK:
- There is no clearance between the sensor and rear axle hub.
- HINT:
- The skid control sensor is built into the rear axle hub and bearing assembly. If the skid control sensor need to be replaced, replace the rear axle hub and bearing assembly.

Disconnect the skid control sensor wire.
Disconnect the X1 and/or W1 sensor connectors.

Turn the ignition switch off.
Replace the rear axle hub and bearing assembly (RAV4_ACA30 RM00000227S005X.html).
- HINT:
- The rear skid control sensor rotor and skid control sensor are built into the rear axle hub and bearing assembly. If the rear skid control sensor rotor and skid control sensor need to be replaced, replace the rear axle hub and bearing assembly.
Clear the DTC(s) (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000ONJ026X.html).
Start the engine.
Drive the vehicle at a speed of 20 km/h (12 mph) or more for at least 60 seconds.
