Engine Oil Cooler - Removal

Remove the No. 1 engine cover.

Lexus IS250 IS220d GSE20 ALE20 2AD-FHV LUBRICATION

Place the timing chain cover on wooden blocks.

Coat the oil pump relief valve with engine oil.

Coat the relief valve with engine oil and drop it into the relief valve hole.

Remove the 10 bolts, oil pump cover, drive rotor and driven rotor.

Fix the engine onto a engine stand with the bolts.

Remove the 3 screws from the oil filter element service hole cover.
