DTC C1201 Malfunction of the engine management system

Description. DTC C1201

If a malfunction is detected in the engine management system, the fail-safe function disables the VSC and TRC.When the signals from the engine return to normal, the emergency mode is canceled and the DTC is not stored.

1.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FOR A MOMENTARY OPEN)

  1. Use the Test Tool to check the Data List for a momentary open in the harness associated with the DTC.
