This circuit is the power source circuit to operate the parking assist ECU. The parking assist ECU controls the TOYOTA parking assist-sensor system, parking assist monitor system (w/ Side Monitor System), side monitor system and wide view front monitor system. When a malfunction occurs in this circuit, each system will be abnormal.

This circuit is the power source circuit to operate the clearance warning ECU assembly.

The No. 1 clearance warning buzzer sounds to alert the driver and the buzzed frequency changes depending on the distance to an obstacle.

When the back sonar or clearance sonar switch assembly turns on, the ON signal is input into the parking assist ECU*1 or clearance warning ECU assembly*2.

When the clearance warning ECU self-diagnosis determines that the CAN communication system is malfunctioning, this DTC is stored.

The No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (RRC sensor) is installed on the rear bumper. The ECU detects obstacles based on signals received from the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (RRC sensor). If the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (RRC sensor) has an open circuit or other malfunction, it will not function normally.

This DTC is stored when a problem with the shift position information sent through the CAN communication system is detected.

The No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (RLC sensor) is installed on the rear bumper. The ECU detects obstacles based on signals received from the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (RLC sensor). If the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (RLC sensor) has an open circuit or other malfunction, it will not function normally.

This DTC is stored when there is an open or short circuit in the communication line between the rear sensors and the ECU, or when there is a malfunction in a rear sensor.
