Blower Unit Disassembly

  1. REMOVE AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  2. REMOVE RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  3. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER

  4. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  5. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  6. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

Blower Unit -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly.



2. REMOVE RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  1. Detach the claw and remove the lever.

  1. Remove the 3 screws and recirculation damper servo sub-assembly.



3. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER

  1. Detach the claw and remove the air filter case.

  1. Remove the clean air filter.



4. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.



5. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 2 screws and blower motor control.



6. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Detach the clamp and disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 3 screws and blower motor with fan sub-assembly.
