1. History of brake fluid replacement.
   
2. Whether the engine was stopped intentionally when driving.
   
3. Whether the brake and accelerator pedals were depressed simultaneously.
   

Check and record the DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

Clear the DTCs and Freeze Frame Data (HILUX_TGN26 RM000000XHV0CGX.html for DTC Check/Clear, and HILUX_TGN26 RM000000XHY0CGX.html for Freeze Frame Data).

Reconfirm the DTC.

1. Check if the DTC is output again using the recorded DTC and Freeze Frame Data.
   

   HINT:

   If DTC U0073, U0100, U0123, U0124 or U0126 is output, first check the appropriate sensor for a momentary open circuit (HILUX_TGN26 RM000000XHS0AGX.html).
