With the ABS motor relay OFF and the ABS motor fail safe relay ON, an open in the motor circuit continues for 2 seconds or more.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
When replacing the brake actuator assembly, perform zero point calibration (YARIS_NCP93 RM000000XHR06QX.html).
1.INSPECT SKID CONTROL ECU

  1. Turn the ignition switch off.

  1. Make sure that there is no looseness at the locking part and the connecting part of the connectors.

  1. Disconnect the A30 skid control ECU connector.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
