RADIATOR GRILLE - REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)
  • HINT:
  • When installing the radiator grille emblem, heat the radiator grille and radiator grille emblem using a heat light.
  • Standard:
  • ItemTemperature
    Radiator Grille20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)
    Radiator Grille Emblem20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)
  • NOTICE:
  • Do not heat the radiator grille and radiator grille emblem excessively.

Clean the radiator grille surface.

Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille surface.

Remove the double-sided tape from the radiator grille.

Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

Install a new radiator grille emblem.

Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille and a new radiator grille emblem.

Remove the peeling paper from the face of the radiator grille emblem.

  • HINT:
  • After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

Align the boss positions and install the radiator grille emblem.

  • HINT:
  • Press the radiator grille emblem firmly to install it.
2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

Attach the claw to install the radiator grille emblem.

Install 3 new spring nuts.

3. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SEAL

Attach the 14 clips to install the upper radiator seal.

4. INSTALL FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Wide View Front Monitor System)
