RADIATOR GRILLE - REASSEMBLY
| 1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) |
- HINT:
- When installing the radiator grille emblem, heat the radiator grille and radiator grille emblem using a heat light.
- Standard:
Item Temperature Radiator Grille 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F) Radiator Grille Emblem 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)
- NOTICE:
- Do not heat the radiator grille and radiator grille emblem excessively.
Clean the radiator grille surface.
Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille surface.
Remove the double-sided tape from the radiator grille.
Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
Install a new radiator grille emblem.
Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille and a new radiator grille emblem.
Remove the peeling paper from the face of the radiator grille emblem.
- HINT:
- After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.
Align the boss positions and install the radiator grille emblem.

- Press the radiator grille emblem firmly to install it.
| 2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) |
Attach the claw to install the radiator grille emblem.
Install 3 new spring nuts.
| 3. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SEAL |
Attach the 14 clips to install the upper radiator seal.
| 4. INSTALL FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Wide View Front Monitor System) |
