DESCRIPTION

The skid control ECU measures the speed of each wheel by receiving signals from the speed sensor. These signals are used for recognizing that all 4 wheels are operating properly. Therefore, all wheel signals must be equal.

When vehicle speed is 20 km/h (12 mph), difference of 20% or more in average of front wheel speed and average of rear wheel speed continues for 20 seconds 3 times consecutively.

    All 4 wheels are the same size and in the same condition.

3.RECONFIRM DTC

  1. Clear the DTCs (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000ONJ026X.html).

  1. Drive the vehicle at more than 20 km/h (12 mph) for more than 60 seconds.

  1. Check if the same DTC(s) is output (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000ONJ026X.html).
