Inspection procedure
| 1.INSPECT VRV FOR TURBOCHARGER CONTROL |

Disconnect the B44 VRV connector.
-
Measure the resistance of the VRV.
Standard resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition B44-1 - B44-2 20°C (68°F) 11.1 to 12.5 ?
-
Reconnect the VRV connector.

| 2.INSPECT VRV FOR TURBOCHARGER CONTROL (TERMINAL 1 VOLTAGE) |
-
Disconnect the B44 VRV connector.
-
Turn the ignition switch on (IG).
-
Measure the voltage of the VRV connector.
Standard voltage:
Tester Connection Specified Condition B44-1 - Body ground 9 to 14 V
-
Reconnect the VRV connector.

| 3.CHECK WIRE HARNESS (VRV - ECM) |
-
Disconnect the B44 VRV connector.
-
Disconnect the B32 ECM connector.
-
Measure the resistance of the wire harness connector.
Standard resistance:
Tester Connection Specified Condition B44-2 - B32-84 (VN) Below 1 ? B44-2 or B32-84 (VN) - Body ground 10 k? or higher

Reconnect the VRV connector.
-
Reconnect the ECM connector.
