DESCRIPTION

Refer to DTC C0200/31 (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000WE201ZX_01.html).
DTCs C1273/73, C1274/74, C1277/77 and C1278/78 can be deleted when the speed sensor sends a vehicle speed signal or the test mode ends. DTCs C1273/73, C1274/74, C1277/77 and C1278/78 are output only in the test mode.

NOTICE:
Check the speed sensor signal in the test mode after cleaning or replacement (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000ONN01NX.html).
1.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MOMENTARY INTERRUPTION)
  1. Using the Data List of the intelligent tester, check for any momentary interruption in the wire harness corresponding to a DTC (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000XHS04PX.html).

2.REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (SKID CONTROL ECU - REAR SPEED SENSOR)
  1. Turn the ignition switch off.

  1. Repair or replace the harness or connector.

  1. Check for any momentary interruptions between the skid control ECU and rear speed sensor (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000XHS04PX.html).

  1. Check that there are no momentary interruptions.
