DTC B2005 Short to B+ in Seat Belt Motor LH Circuit
DESCRIPTION
The seat belt control ECU receives information from the master cylinder solenoid (skid control ECU) via the CAN communication line and tightens the seat belt by operating the motor in the front seat outer belt assembly RH or LH.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
- CAUTION:
- The pretensioner is built into the front seat outer belt assembly. Be sure to follow the correct inspection procedure, as failure to follow the correct procedure (such as inspection of incorrect connectors) may deploy the pretensioner.
1.CHECK SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU |

Disconnect the E41 seat belt control ECU connector.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Voltage:
for LH Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition E41-3 (MOL+) - Body ground Ignition switch ON Below 1 V E41-4 (MOL-) - Body ground for RH Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition E41-1 (MOR-) - Body ground Ignition switch ON Below 1 V E41-2 (MOR+) - Body ground

Disconnect the E41 seat belt control ECU connector.
Disconnect the K11*1 or L5*2 front seat outer belt connector.
- HINT:
*1: for LH
*2: for RH
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Voltage :
