INSTALL FRONT BEARING SHAFT SNAP RING

INSTALL INPUT SHAFT BEARING

Using SST and a press, install the input shaft front bearing to the input shaft.

• HINT:

• Make sure that the groove of the bearing faces the correct direction as shown in the illustration.

Select a new snap ring that will allow minimum clearance.

• Standard Clearance:
• 0.1 mm (0.00393 in.) or less

  90520-45008	2.75 to 2.80 mm (0.108 to 0.110 in.)	F

Using a snap ring expander, install the snap ring to the input shaft.

Apply MP grease to the 12 roller bearings.

Install the 12 roller bearings into the input shaft.
