1. INSPECT FOOTWELL LIGHT


    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20.Lighting.Lighting System.Footwell Light Inspection

  1. Disconnect the connector from the footwell light.

  1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard voltage:
    LH Side:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Condition
    J19-2 - J19-1
    		Doors are unlocked by the transmitter
    		10 to 14 V
    J19-2 - J19-1
    		All doors are closed
    		Below 1 V
    RH Side:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Condition
    J60-2 - J60-1
    		Doors are unlocked by the transmitter
    		10 to 14 V
    J60-2 - J60-1
    		All doors are closed
    		Below 1 V
    If the result is not as specified, repair or replace the wire harness or connector.

  1. Connect the (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 and the (-) lead to terminal 1.

  1. Check that the footwell light comes on.

    OK:
    Comes on
    If the result is not as specified, replace the footwell light.
