  1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

  2. CONNECT WIRING HARNESS PROTECTOR

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

  4. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

Camshaft Position Sensor -- Installation



1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR


    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20

  1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the camshaft position sensor.

  1. Install the camshaft position sensor with the bolt.

    Torque:
    8.8 N*m{90 kgf*cm, 78 in.*lbf}

  1. Connect the camshaft position sensor connector.



2. CONNECT WIRING HARNESS PROTECTOR

  1. Connect the wiring harness protector and install the 3 nuts.



3. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET


    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20

  1. Install the inlet air cleaner with the bolt and clip.

    Torque:
    5.0 N*m{51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf}


4. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL


    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20

  1. Install the intake duct seal with the 11 clips.
