INSPECTION PROCEDURE

CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT

CHECK AVC-LAN CIRCUIT BETWEEN NAVIGATION ECU AND MULTI-DISPLAY

CHECK NAVIGATION ECU POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT

REPLACE NAVIGATION ECU

DTC 01-D6 No Master (NAVI)

DTC 01-D7 Connection Check Error (NAVI)

When either of following conditions is met:
  1. Device that stores (stored) code has (had) been disconnected when engine switch is on (ACC) or on (IG)
  2. Master device has (had) been disconnected when this code is (was) stored
  1. Wire harness
  2. Navigation ECU
  3. Multi-display

When either of following conditions is met:
  1. Device that stored this code has (had) been disconnected after engine starts (started)
  2. Master device has (had) been disconnected when this code is (was) stored
HINT:
  1. *1: Even if no failure is detected, a trouble code may be recorded depending on the battery condition or engine start voltage.
  2. *2: When 210 seconds have elapsed after disconnecting the power supply connector of the master component with the engine switch on (ACC or IG), this code is stored.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT
Refer to the "multi-display power source circuit" (Click here).
If the power source circuit is operating normally, proceed to the next step.

2.CHECK AVC-LAN CIRCUIT BETWEEN NAVIGATION ECU AND MULTI-DISPLAY
Refer to the "AVC-LAN circuit between navigation ECU and multi-display" (Click here).
If the AVC-LAN circuit is operating normally, proceed to the next step.

3.CHECK NAVIGATION ECU POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT
Refer to the "navigation ECU power source circuit" (Click here).
If the power source circuit is operating normally, proceed to the next step.

4.REPLACE NAVIGATION ECU
  1. Replace the navigation ECU with a normal one and check if the same problem occurs again.

    OK:
    Same problem does not occur.
