CHECK DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

Turn the engine switch to ON.

Turn the GTS on.

Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Data List / DPNR Differential Pressure.

for Bank 1:

Disconnect the No. 1 air hose from the differential pressure sensor.

for Bank 2:

Disconnect the No. 3 air hose from the differential pressure sensor.

Using SST, apply pressure to the differential pressure sensor.

Check the pressure value of the sensor.

• Standard pressure:
• Approximately the same pressure as the applied pressure is indicated on the tester.

• HINT:

• Perform the inspection by applying a pressure within the range of 0 to 98 kPa (0 to 1.0 kgf/cm², 0 to 14.2 psi).

If the result is not as specified, check the sensor circuit ().

for Bank 1:

Connect the No. 1 air hose to the differential pressure sensor.

for Bank 2:

Connect the No. 3 air hose to the differential pressure sensor.
