Front Bumper (For Standard) Reassembly

Attach the 15 claws to install the front bumper No. 2 guard.

Install the 2 clips.

Attach the 6 guides to install the front bumper guard garnish.

Install the 4 clips.

Attach the 4 claws to install the front bumper guard.

Install the 6 nuts.

Attach the 2 claws.

Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 bolts.

When using a new front bumper cover:

1. Clean the surface of a new front bumper cover.
   

2. Using a heat light, heat the front bumper cover surface.
   

When reusing the front bumper cover:

1. Using a heat light, heat the front bumper cover surface.
   

2. Remove the double-sided tape from the front bumper cover.
   

3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
   

Install 2 new front bumper No. 2 protectors.

1. Remove the peeling paper from the face of 2 new front bumper No. 2 protectors.
   

   HINT:

   After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

2. Align the front bumper No. 2 protector with the mark-off line of the rear bumper cover and install it as shown in the illustration.
   

   HINT:

   Press the front bumper No. 2 protector firmly to install it.

When using a new front bumper cover:

1. Clean the surface of a new front bumper cover.
   

2. Using a heat light, heat the front bumper cover surface.
   

When reusing the front bumper cover:

1. Using a heat light, heat the front bumper cover surface.
   

2. Remove the double-sided tape from the front bumper cover.
   

3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
   

Install 4 new front bumper pad.

1. Remove the peeling paper from the face of 4 new front bumper pad.
   

   HINT:

   After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

2. Install the front bumper pad as shown in the illustration.
   

   HINT:

   Press the front bumper pad firmly to install it.

Attach the 3 claws to install the fog light mounting bracket LH.

Attach the 4 claws to the front bumper hole cover LH.

Install the screw.

Attach the 2 guides to the fog light bracket LH.

Install the 3 screws.

Attach the 10 claws to install the lower radiator grille sub-assembly LH.

Install the 3 clips.

Attach the 10 clamps to install the No. 4 engine room wire.

Attach the claw as shown in the illustration to install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

HINT:

1. Be careful of connector direction when inserting the sensor connector.
   
2. Do not damage the bumper when inserting the sensor connector.
   

Connect the 2 connectors.

NOTICE:

1. Push the sensor perpendicularly to the bumper with the palm of the hand.
   
2. Pay attention not to damage the sensor.
   
3. Approach the wire harness connector straight to the sensor connector.
   

HINT:

1. When connecting the wire harness to the sonar sensor, hold the sensor from bumper surface.
   
2. After connecting the wire harness to the sonar sensor, push the sensor from the bumper surface.
   

Attach the 2 guides to install the fog light assembly LH.

Install the 2 screws.

Connect the connector.

Attach the 3 claws and install the front bumper inner bracket.

Attach the 4 clamps and install the headlight cleaner hose.

Attach the guide and claw to temporarily install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

Push up the headlight cleaner clamp B.

Install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH with the headlight cleaner clamp.

Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

Attach the claw to install the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover LH.

Attach the 10 claws to install the radiator grille assembly.
