Headlight Assembly (For Halogen Headlight) Installation

  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER MAIN SEAL LH

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

  4. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING

  5. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING

Headlight Assembly (For Halogen Headlight) -- Installation


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  2. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
  3. A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (Click here).


1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Set the headlight assembly LH in place.

  1. Install the bolt and 3 screws.

  1. Connect the 2 connectors.



2. INSTALL FRONT FENDER MAIN SEAL LH


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Attach the 3 clips and 2 guides to install the front fender main seal LH.



3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
