  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE

  3. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover)

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH

  7. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION

Headlight Cleaner Switch -- Installation


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedures for LHD and RHD vehicle.
  2. The procedure listed below are for LHD vehicle.


1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the switch.



2. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE


Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Connect the connectors.

  1. Attach the 4 claws to install the No. 1 switch hole base.



3. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  1. Connect the connectors.



    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the room temperature sensor.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to connect the 2 control cables.



  1. w/ Driver Side Knee Airbag:

    1. Attach the 16 claws to install the lower No. 1 instrument panel finish panel.



    2. Install the 2 bolts.

  1. w/o Driver Side Knee Airbag:

    1. Attach the 9 claws to install the lower No. 1 instrument panel finish panel.



    2. Install the 2 bolts.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to close the hole cover.



4. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover)

  1. Connect the connectors.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover.

  1. Install the 2 screws.



5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH


  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 2 instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 1 instrument cluster finish panel garnish.



7. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  1. w/o Console Box Lid:

    1. Install the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly LH (Click here).

  1. w/ Cool Box:

    1. Install the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly LH (Click here).

  1. w/o Cool Box:

    1. Install the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly LH (Click here).



8. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION

  1. w/o Console Box Lid:

    1. Install the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion (Click here).

  1. w/ Cool Box:

    1. Install the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion (Click here).

  1. w/o Cool Box:

    1. Install the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion (Click here).
