Headlight Cleaner Actuator Installation

  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH

  5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER RH

  6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

Headlight Cleaner Actuator -- Installation



1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE

  1. Attach the 4 clamps and install the headlight cleaner hose.



2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


  1. Attach the guide and claw to temporarily install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  1. Push up the headlight cleaner clamp B.

  1. Install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH with the headlight cleaner clamp.

  1. Connect the headlight cleaner hose.



3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH

  1. Attach the claw to install the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover LH.



5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER RH

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
