Washer Motor (For Rear Side) Removal

  1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MUDGUARD LH

  2. REMOVE SIDE STEP ASSEMBLY LH

  3. REMOVE BODY ROCKER PANEL MOULDING ASSEMBLY LH

  4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH

  5. DRAIN WASHER FLUID

  6. REMOVE WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY

  7. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE REAR WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

Washer Motor (For Rear Side) -- Removal



1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MUDGUARD LH


Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the clip.

  1. Using a T30 "TORX" socket, remove the 4 screws and mudguard.



2. REMOVE SIDE STEP ASSEMBLY LH


  1. Remove the 6 bolts and side step.

3. REMOVE BODY ROCKER PANEL MOULDING ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Remove the 8 side mudguard retainers and screw.



  1. Detach the 10 clips and remove the rocker panel moulding.

4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Using a T30 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 screws.



  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 grommets, 12 clips and fender liner.

5. DRAIN WASHER FLUID


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the washer hose from the windshield washer motor and pump, and drain the washer fluid.



6. REMOVE WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip and washer inlet.



7. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

  1. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

    1. Detach the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    3. Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

  1. w/o Headlight Cleaner System:

    1. Detach the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts. Then remove the windshield washer jar.



8. REMOVE REAR WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the washer motor together with the gasket in the direction shown in the illustration.
