Front Console Box (W/O Cool Box) -- Disassembly |

- Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
- The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.
| 1. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Air Conditioning System) |

Remove the 4 screws.
Detach the 5 claws and remove the air conditioning control.
| 2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Cooler) |
 |
Remove the 4 screws.
Detach the 5 claws and remove the air conditioning control.
| 3. REMOVE REAR COOLER SWITCH HOLE COVER (w/o Rear Cooler) |
 |
Remove the 4 screws.
Detach the 5 claws and remove the rear cooler switch hole cover.
| 4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL HOLE COVER |
 |
Remove the 2 screws.
Detach the 7 claws and remove the instrument panel hole cover.
| 5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX POCKET |
Remove the console box pocket.
| 6. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX MOUNTING BRACKET |
 |
Remove the 4 bolts and rear console box mounting bracket.
| 7. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the 4 screws and console compartment door sub-assembly.
| 8. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the 2 screws and lower console box.
Remove the 2 screws and console compartment door lock sub-assembly.
 |
| 9. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the 4 screws and upper console box.
Using a moulding remover B, detach the 12 claws and remove the inner console door.
 |
Remove the 4 screws and console compartment door hinge sub-assembly.
 |
| 10. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK |
 |
Remove the 2 screws and console compartment door lock.
| 11. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the 5 screws and lower instrument cover sub-assembly.
| 12. REMOVE REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER SUPPORT |
 |
Remove the No. 1 instrument panel cup holder support.
| 13. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION |
 |
Remove the 2 console compartment door cushions.
