  3. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION

  7. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY

Rear No. 1 Seat Inner Belt Assembly (For Bench Seat Type) -- Installation



1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Seat Belt.Seat Belt Tension Reducer System.Rear No. 1 Seat Inner Belt Assembly (For Bench Seat Type) Installation

  1. Temporarily install the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly RH.

    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly RH to overlap the protruding parts of the rear seat.

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Seat Belt.Seat Belt Tension Reducer System.Rear No. 1 Seat Inner Belt Assembly (For Bench Seat Type) Installation

  1. Install the rear seat outer belt assembly with the bolt.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}
    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat outer belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the rear seat inner belt assembly RH.

3. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Seat Belt.Seat Belt Tension Reducer System.Rear No. 1 Seat Inner Belt Assembly (For Bench Seat Type) Installation

  1. Temporarily install the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly LH.

    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding parts of the rear seat.

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Seat Belt.Seat Belt Tension Reducer System.Rear No. 1 Seat Inner Belt Assembly (For Bench Seat Type) Installation

  1. Install the rear seat inner belt assembly with the bolt.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}
    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly LH.

  1. Close the 2 fasteners and attach the fastening tape.

5. INSTALL FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the fold seat stopper band assembly together with the rear seat cushion with the screw.



6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION

  1. Install the rear seat cushion with the screw.



7. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY
