Ultrasonic Sensor (For Rear) -- Installation



1. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR
HINT:
Use the same procedure for both No. 2 ultrasonic sensors.


  1. Attach the claw as shown in the illustration to install the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be careful of connector direction when inserting the sensor connector.
    2. Do not damage the bumper when inserting the sensor connector.

  1. Connect the 4 connectors.

    NOTICE:
    1. Push the sensor perpendicularly to the bumper with the palm of the hand.
    2. Pay attention not to damage the sensor.
    3. Approach the wire harness connector straight to the sensor connector.
    HINT:
    1. When connecting the wire harness to the sonar sensor, hold the sensor from bumper surface.

    2. After connecting the wire harness to the sonar sensor, push the sensor from the bumper surface.
