  1. INSTALL FRONT AXLE HUB OIL SEAL

  2. INSTALL FRONT AXLE WITH ABS ROTOR BEARING ASSEMBLY

Front Axle Hub -- Reassembly


NOTICE:
Do not allow foreign matter, etc. to contact the ABS rotor bearing.


1. INSTALL FRONT AXLE HUB OIL SEAL


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Axle And Differential.Axle System.Front Axle Hub Reassembly

  1. Using SST and a press, press in a new oil seal.

    SST
    09608-36010
    09950-70010(09951-07100)
    NOTICE:
    Do not damage the oil seal.


2. INSTALL FRONT AXLE WITH ABS ROTOR BEARING ASSEMBLY

  1. Using SST and a press, press in a new bearing.

    SST
    09608-32010
    NOTICE:
    1. Insert 4 bolts into the bearing before installing the axle hub.
    2. Make sure to securely fit the bearing to the axle hub.
