  1. DRAIN TRANSFER OIL

  2. REMOVE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WITH TRANSFER ASSEMBLY (for A750F)

  3. REMOVE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION WITH TRANSFER ASSEMBLY (for AB60F)

  4. REMOVE MANUAL TRANSMISSION WITH TRANSFER ASSEMBLY (for H150F)

  5. REMOVE TRANSFER ASSEMBLY

Transfer Assembly -- Removal



1. DRAIN TRANSFER OIL


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. except 1GR-FE:
    Remove the 2 bolts and transfer dynamic damper.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and transfer heat insulator.

  1. Remove the 7 bolts and lower transfer case protector.

  1. Remove the filler plug and gasket.

  1. Remove the drain plug and gasket, and drain the transfer oil.

  1. Remove the 8 transfer adaptor rear mounting bolts.

  1. Pull the transfer straight up and remove it from the transmission.

    NOTICE:
    Take care not to damage the adaptor oil seal with the transfer input shaft spline.
