  1. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/ Cool Box)

  2. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/o Cool Box)

  3. DISCONNECT FLOOR SHIFT GEAR SHIFTING ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY

Shift Lever -- Removal


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
  2. The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


1. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX (w/ Cool Box)

3. DISCONNECT FLOOR SHIFT GEAR SHIFTING ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Move the shift lever to N.



    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the nut and disconnect the floor shift gear shifting rod sub-assembly from the transmission floor shift assembly.



4. REMOVE TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Disconnect the 3 connectors.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and transmission floor shift assembly.
