  1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL FRONT RH

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL REAR RH

  3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  7. REMOVE FRONT UPPER CENTER BUMPER RETAINER

  8. REMOVE OUTLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE

  9. REMOVE INLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE

  10. REMOVE INLET NO. 2 OIL COOLER HOSE

  11. REMOVE INLET NO. 3 OIL COOLER HOSE

  12. REMOVE INLET NO. 4 OIL COOLER HOSE

  13. REMOVE OIL COOLER TUBE

  14. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AIR DUCT

  15. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

Oil Cooler -- Removal



1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL FRONT RH


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips and fender apron seal.



2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL REAR RH


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips and fender apron seal.



3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and screw.

  1. Turn the clip indicated by the arrow in the illustration to remove the front fender splash shield sub-assembly LH.



4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and 2 screws.

  1. Turn the clip indicated by the arrow in the illustration to remove the front fender splash shield sub-assembly RH.



5. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 10 bolts and No. 1 engine under cover.



6. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 2 engine under cover.



7. REMOVE FRONT UPPER CENTER BUMPER RETAINER

  2. w/ Winch: (Click here)


8. REMOVE OUTLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE

  1. Detach the claw to open the flexible hose clamp.

  1. Slide the 2 clips and remove the outlet No. 1 oil cooler hose.



9. REMOVE INLET NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE

  1. Slide the 2 clips and remove the inlet No. 1 oil cooler hose.



10. REMOVE INLET NO. 2 OIL COOLER HOSE

  1. Slide the 2 clips and remove the inlet No. 2 oil cooler hose.

11. REMOVE INLET NO. 3 OIL COOLER HOSE

  1. Slide the 2 clips and remove the inlet No. 3 oil cooler hose.



12. REMOVE INLET NO. 4 OIL COOLER HOSE

  1. Slide the 2 clips and remove the inlet No. 4 oil cooler hose.



13. REMOVE OIL COOLER TUBE

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and oil cooler tube.



14. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AIR DUCT

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and transmission oil cooler air duct.



15. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and oil cooler assembly.

  1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the air cooled oil cooler tube from the rear transmission oil cooler air duct.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and rear transmission oil cooler air duct.

  1. Slide the 2 clips and remove the air cooled oil cooler tube.

  1. Slide the clip and remove the oil cooler inlet hose.

  1. Slide the clip and remove the oil cooler outlet hose.
