CHECK INDICATOR

  1. w/o Multi-information Display:
    When a malfunction occurs in the cruise control system, the system illuminates the cruise control indicator light in yellow and stores a DTC in the ECM.

  2. w/ Multi-information Display:
    When a malfunction occurs in the cruise control system, the system turns off the cruise control indicator light, displays "CHECK CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM" on the multi-information display and stores a DTC in the ECM.

    NOTICE:
    1. If the system returns to normal, the "CHECK CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM" message on the multi-information display disappears.
    2. Do not remove fuses or disconnect the battery cables until the inspection is finished. Otherwise, the data stored in the ECM will be cleared.
