  1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. DISCONNECT NO. 2 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE

  3. REMOVE AIR SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY

Air Switching Valve (For Bank 1) -- Removal



1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Raise the front of the V-bank cover to detach the 3 pins. Then remove the 2 V-bank cover hooks from the bracket, and remove the V-bank cover.

2. DISCONNECT NO. 2 AIR INJECTION SYSTEM HOSE

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Disconnect the No. 2 air injection system hose.



3. REMOVE AIR SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the bolt and then disconnect the wire harness clamp bracket.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts.



    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 3 bolts, air switching valve and gasket.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the installation surface of the gasket.
