  1. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover)

Accelerator Pedal -- Installation



1. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY
NOTICE:
  1. Avoid excessive force to the accelerator pedal sensor.
  2. Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.
  3. This accelerator pedal does not require lubrication.
    Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.
    If applied, the accelerator pedal sensor assembly must be replaced.

  1. Install the accelerator pedal position sensor assembly with the 2 nuts.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}

  1. Connect the connector to the accelerator pedal position sensor assembly.



2. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover)

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.

  1. Install the 2 screws <A>.
