  1. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover)

Accelerator Pedal -- Installation



1. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY
NOTICE:
  1. Avoid excessive force to the accelerator pedal sensor.
  2. Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.
  3. This accelerator pedal does not requite lubrication.
    Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.
    If applied, the accelerator pedal sensor assembly must be replaced.


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.1Vd-Ftv Engine Control.Ecd System (W/ Dpf).Accelerator Pedal Installation

  1. Install the accelerator pedal with the 2 nuts.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}

  1. Connect the accelerator pedal position sensor connector.



2. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover)


Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Connect the connectors.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover.

  1. Install the 2 screws.
