  1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR LH

  3. REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR RH

Active Control Engine Mount -- Removal


NOTICE:
  1. When replacing an injector (including interchanging injectors between cylinders) or common rail, replace the corresponding injection pipes with new ones.
  2. w/DPF
    When fuel lines are disconnected, air may enter the fuel lines, leading to engine starting trouble. Therefore, perform forced regeneration and bleed the air from the fuel lines.


1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the engine assembly (Click here).



2. REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR LH


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the nut and mounting insulator.



3. REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR RH

  1. Disconnect the vacuum hose.

  1. Remove the nut and mounting insulator.
