  1. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT LENS GASKET LH

  2. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  3. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE

  4. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

Side Turn Signal Light Assembly (For Front Fender) -- Installation


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  2. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


1. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT LENS GASKET LH

  1. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

  1. Using a heat light, heat a new side turn signal light lens gasket LH.

    HINT:
    When installing the side turn signal light lens gasket LH, heat the side turn signal light lens gasket LH with a heat light.
    Standard:
    Item
    		Temperature
    Side Turn Signal Light Lens Gasket LH
    		20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

  1. Remove the peeling paper from the face of the side turn signal light lens gasket LH.

  1. Install the a side turn signal light lens gasket LH.



2. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the side turn signal light bulb to the side turn signal light socket and wire.



3. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Turn the side turn signal light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.



4. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the side turn signal light assembly LH as shown in the illustration.
