Headlight Assembly Reassembly

  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT BRACKET LH

  2. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

  3. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT SOCKET

  4. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  5. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

Headlight Assembly -- Reassembly


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  2. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT BRACKET LH

  1. Install the headlight bracket LH with the 1 or 2 screws.

    HINT:
    1. There are 1 or 2 screws depending on the date of manufacture.
    2. When replacing the headlight unit, 1 screw is not used as the hole on the inner side is covered.


2. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance light socket.



3. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT SOCKET


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Turn the clearance light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the clearance light socket.



4. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket.



5. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Turn the front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the front turn signal light socket.



6. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Install the No. 1 headlight bulb and set the lock of the set spring.

  1. Install the socket cover.
