| 1. INSTALL COOLER DRYER |

Using pliers, install a new cooler dryer to the modulator.
Text in Illustration *1 Modulator
Apply sufficient compressor oil to a new O-ring and the cap fitting surface.
- Compressor oil:
- ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
 |
Using a 14 mm straight hexagon wrench, install the cap to the cooler condenser core.
- Torque:
- 2.9 N*m{30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf}
 |
| 2. INSTALL NO. 3 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET |
Install the No. 3 cooler condenser bracket with the 2 bolts.
- Torque:
- 5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}
| 3. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET |
Install the No. 2 cooler condenser bracket with the 2 bolts.
- Torque:
- 5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}
| 4. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER CONDENSER BRACKET |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure for both No. 1 cooler condenser brackets.
Install the No. 1cooler condenser bracket with the 2 bolts.
- Torque:
- 3.9 N*m{40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf}
