Blower Unit Reassembly

Heating Air Conditioning. Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  3. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  4. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER

  5. INSTALL AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  6. INSTALL RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

Blower Unit -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the blower motor with fan sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

  1. Attach the clamp and connect the connector.



2. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  1. Install the blower resistor with the 2 screws.

  1. Connect the connector.



3. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  1. Install the blower motor control with the 2 screws.

  1. Connect the connector.



4. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER

  1. Install the clean air filter.

  1. Attach the claw to install the air filter case.



5. INSTALL AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly.



6. INSTALL RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  1. Install the recirculation damper servo sub-assembly with 3 screws.

  1. Attach the claw to install the recirculation damper servo sub-assembly.
