Rear Seat Assembly (For Double Cab) Reassembly

Connect and rotate a new connecting wire to the No. 1 seat cushion frame lock plate.

Connect the fold seat stopper band assembly to the connecting wire.

Using needle nose pliers, bend the ends of the connecting wire together.

Return the fold seat stopper band assembly to its original position.

Install the No. 1 seat cushion pad to the No. 1 seat cushion frame.

Pass the fold seat stopper band assembly through the 2 holes of the No. 1 seat cushion cover to the surface.

Using hog ring pliers, install the center of the No. 1 seat cushion cover to the No. 1 seat cushion pad with new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
   
2. When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
   

Close the 2 fasteners.

Using hog ring pliers, attach the 2 wires at the rear of the No. 1 seat cushion cover with new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
   
2. When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
   

Install the 2 rear seat cushions with the 2 screws.

Install a new No. 1 seatback pad to the No. 1 seatback frame.

Using hog ring pliers, install the center of the No. 1 seatback cover to the No. 1 seatback pad with new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
   
2. When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
   

Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 1 seatback cover to the No. 1 seatback frame with new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
   
2. When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
   

Temporarily install the rear seatback assembly to the rear seat cushion assembly with the 2 bolts.

Tighten the 2 bolts.

Torque:

20 N*m{204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf}

Attach the 8 claws to install the 4 rear seat headrest support.

Attach the guide.

Install the rear seat cushion cover LH with the screw.

If the washer was installed between the rear seat leg bracket LH and rear seat cushion cover LH:
Install the washer.

If the washer was installed between the nut and rear seat leg bracket LH:
Temporarily install the rear seat leg bracket LH and washer with the nut.

If the washer was not installed between the nut and rear seat leg bracket LH:
Temporarily install the rear seat leg bracket LH with the nut.

Tighten the nut.

Torque:

15 N*m{153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf}

Install the 2 rear seat headrests.
