  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD RH

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH

  4. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

  5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK PAD

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD

Front Seat Assembly (For Bench Seat Type) -- Disassembly


CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.


1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD RH


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25.Seat.Front Power Seat Control System.Front Seat Assembly (For Bench Seat Type) Disassembly

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Detach the 2 hook and guide, and remove the front seat inner cushion shield RH.

2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

  1. Remove the screw and reclining adjuster release handle RH.



3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the front seat inner cushion shield RH.


4. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and front seatback assembly.

  1. Remove the hog rings.

  1. Detach the 2 pieces of fastening tape and roll up the separate type front seatback cover.

  1. Remove the hog rings and roll up the separate type front seatback cover.

  1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seat headrest supports and separate type front seatback cover.



5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK PAD

  1. Remove the separate type front seatback pad from the separate type front seatback spring assembly.



6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

  1. for TASA Made:
    Remove the hog rings.

  1. for TMT Made:
    Remove the hog rings and detach the hooks.

  1. Remove the hog rings and separate type front seat cushion cover.



7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD
NOTICE:
  1. As the separate type front seat cushion pad is affixed to the front seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH, do not remove the separate type front seat cushion pad from the front seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH unless it is necessary to replace the separate type front seat cushion pad. If the separate type front seat cushion pad is removed from the front seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH, make sure to replace the separate type front seat cushion pad.
  2. Perform the following only when replacing the separate type front seat cushion pad or front seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH.

  1. Detach the part of the separate type front cushion pad attached with adhesive shown in the illustration, and remove the separate type front seat cushion pad.
