  1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET

  3. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

  4. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Navigation Receiver -- Installation


HINT:
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (HILUX_TGN26 RM00000118R007X.html).


1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET

  1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket to the navigation receiver with the 3 screws.



2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET

  1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket to the navigation receiver with the 3 screws.



3. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

  1. Connect all the connectors and insert the navigation receiver assembly with bracket.

  1. Install the navigation receiver assembly with bracket with the 4 screws.



4. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

  1. for Manual Air Conditioning System:

    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Attach the 4 claws to connect the air conditioner control.

    3. Attach the 10 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.

  1. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:

    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Attach the 8 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.



5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (HILUX_TGN26 RM000004QR3009X.html).
