Rear Differential Lock Actuator (W/ Differential Lock) Removal

  1. REMOVE REAR DIFFERENTIAL LOCK ACTUATOR PROTECTOR

  2. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL BREATHER BRACKET

  3. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK SHIFT ACTUATOR

Rear Differential Lock Actuator (W/ Differential Lock) -- Removal



1. REMOVE REAR DIFFERENTIAL LOCK ACTUATOR PROTECTOR


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Remove the 2 bolts, nut and rear differential lock actuator protector.



2. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL BREATHER BRACKET

  1. Remove the differential breather bracket.



3. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK SHIFT ACTUATOR


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Disconnect the breather hose.

  1. Disconnect the connector.



    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Remove the bolt, nut and actuator from the differential carrier.

  1. Remove the O-ring.
