Ignition Switch Removal

  1. REMOVE LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER

  2. REMOVE UPPER STEERING COLUMN COVER

  3. REMOVE IGNITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY

Ignition Switch -- Removal



1. REMOVE LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER


Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Remove the 3 screws and lower steering column cover.

    HINT:
    Turn the steering wheel to the right and left as necessary to remove the 3 screws and lower steering column cover.


2. REMOVE UPPER STEERING COLUMN COVER


3. REMOVE IGNITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector.



    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the ignition switch assembly.
