  1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL SUB-TANK

  3. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

Fuel Pump -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP

  1. Install the fuel pump harness.

  1. Connect the fuel pump connector.

  1. Apply a light coat of gasoline to a new O-ring, and install the O-ring to the supporter of the fuel suction plate.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to the claw holes and install the fuel pump and suction filter assembly.



2. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL SUB-TANK

  1. Attach the 2 claws to the claw holes and install the fuel sub-tank.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to the claw holes.

  1. Connect the 2 fuel tubes and fuel pump harness.

  1. Attach the claw on the end of the tube to the claw hole. Connect the tube to the 2 clamps on the fuel sub-tank.

  1. Connect the fuel pump connector.



3. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

  1. Set the fuel sender gauge on the fuel sub-tank. Then slide the fuel sender gauge downward to install it.
