Injector Driver Installation

Engine Hybrid System. Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25
1Kd-Ftv Fuel. Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. INSTALL INJECTOR DRIVER BRACKET

  2. INSTALL INJECTOR DRIVER ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER (w/ Glow Plug Controller)

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Injector Driver -- Installation



1. INSTALL INJECTOR DRIVER BRACKET

  1. w/ Glow Plug Controller:
    Install the injector driver bracket with the 4 screws.

    Torque:
    2.0 N*m{20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf}

  1. w/o Glow Plug Controller:
    Install the injector driver bracket with the 3 screws.

    Torque:
    2.0 N*m{20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf}


2. INSTALL INJECTOR DRIVER ASSEMBLY

  1. w/ Glow Plug Controller:

    1. Install the injector driver assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m{82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf}

    2. Connect the 4 connectors.

  1. w/o Glow Plug Controller:

    1. Install the injector driver assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m{82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf}

    2. Connect the 3 connectors.



3. INSTALL GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER (w/ Glow Plug Controller)

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (HILUX_TGN26 RM000004QR300CX.html).
